This Syrah from California has room-filling aromas of blackberry, smoke, plum, ‘jammy’ fruit and even a hint of black pepper spiciness lurking in the intense velvety tannins. The flavours go on and on, with blackberry, blueberry, herbs, black currant toast and vanilla.

To complement this amazing palette of flavours, the Crushendo™. grape pack brings real grape tannin and character, and the special RC 212 yeast enhances the already spectacular fruit. Right out of the carboy this wine will have intense, gripping tannins, and although drinkable immediately, it will open up and blossom into a wine of unique power and elegance over two to four years.
